It features Intel® hybrid architecture combining Performance-cores and Efficient-cores, supports up to Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics with up to 96 EUs, and offers up to PCI Express Gen 5 and Thunderbolt connectivity. The module includes AI acceleration with Intel® Deep Learning Boost (VNNI) and provides options for an industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
