CEO transition at Tritech Solutions – Jörgen Carlsson hands over to Patrik Björklund
After more than a decade as CEO of Tritech, Jörgen Carlsson is handing over leadership to co-founder Patrik Björklund. Since the company’s inception in 2013, Jörgen has led Tritech through a strong and profitable growth journey. He is now stepping aside from the operational CEO role to focus on business development, several key customers, and new assignments within the Addtech Group. He will remain on the company’s board of directors.
At the same time, the management team and sales organization are being strengthened with the recruitment of Niklas Edmark as the new Sales Director. Niklas joins from HiQ, and before that Data Respons, bringing extensive experience in embedded systems.
“It has been an incredible journey building Tritech Solutions from the ground up together with Patrik. We have established a strong team, built long-term customer relationships, and achieved steady, profitable growth. Now feels like the right time to hand over the CEO role – and the recruitment of Niklas is an important step to ensure a long-term, well-planned succession, with key people remaining active and central in the company,” says Jörgen Carlsson.
Patrik Björklund, currently Sales Director, will take over as the new CEO. He has been part of the company since its founding and has played a key role in its development.

Jörgen Carlsson will continue to be actively involved in the company, focusing on some of its largest customers, while also taking on strategic assignments within the Addtech Group and serving on the company’s board.
